Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurological disorder that affects 3-7% of school-aged children, with a significant number of them continuing to experience symptoms into adulthood. Common symptoms for adolescents include:
With proper diagnosis and treatment, the challenges associated with ADHD can be greatly reduced or even eliminated.
QbTest is an FDA-cleared computer-based test that measures the core symptoms of ADHD, including hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention/distractibility. The test provides a report comparing your results to a non-ADHD group of individuals of the same age and gender.
Assessing ADHD can be complex, and no single tool can provide all the answers. QbTest offers objective data that, along with other information, helps your clinician identify, rule out, and monitor ADHD. It also assists in tailoring treatment interventions based on your individual performance.
The test is conducted in front of a computer screen using infrared cameras, a headband with a reflective marker, and a responder button. Symbols are displayed on the screen, and your task is to press the button whenever a symbol with the same shape and color is repeated. The test takes 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on age, and does not rely on language, reading, or math skills.
